What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you type into it. When you use the booking page, we collect the name, email and phone number you type into the booking form, along with the day and time you select.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to schedule and confirm your appointment at Saffron Lane Hair Studio. If you check either SMS consent box on the booking form, we also use your phone number to send the messages described next to that checkbox.
Where it is stored
Information submitted through the contact form or the booking form is stored in the business's customer-relationship management system, which we use to keep track of enquiries and appointments.
Live chat
If this site carries a live-chat widget, that widget is operated by our messaging provider. Anything a visitor types into the chat window is received by that provider on our behalf so we can respond to the conversation.
Cookies and tracking
This site may use cookies or similar small files placed by the live-chat widget, so a conversation can be recognized as it continues across pages. This site may also carry an analytics tag that records general visit information, such as which pages are viewed, to help us understand how the site is used. These tools do not collect the contents of the contact or booking forms beyond what is described above.
SMS information is not shared
Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and are used only to message the person who opted in.
How we protect your information
Forms on this site are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Submitted data is held in the business's password-protected customer-relationship system, and access to that system is limited to the people who work at Saffron Lane Hair Studio.
